The student experience with the Pedagogical Residence Program

This work explores in a reflective and analytical way the experience of Pedagogy Degree students who participated in the CAPES Pedagogical Residency Program. Addressing theoretical and practical aspects, the study examines how the Pedagogical Residency impacted the students' training, highlighting the learning, challenges and contributions to professional development. The research is based on reports, diaries and assessments, providing a comprehensive understanding of students' experiences. This work sought to synthesize the wealth of learning resulting from participation in the program, emphasizing the importance of this practical immersion for the preparation of future educators.
