This study investigates the role of the Youth and Adult Education Program (EJA) in fostering social inclusion and enhancing job market skills through documental and bibliographic research methodology. It scrutinizes the contributions of theorists such as Gadotti, Freire, and Azevedo, emphasizing EJA's effectiveness in delivering meaningful education to marginalized individuals. Findings suggest the program's critical contribution to social inclusion, providing previously inaccessible educational and professional opportunities. The research underscores EJA's importance as a social transformation tool, significantly improving life quality and promoting diversity appreciation, thereby strengthening community bonds through education.
