Abstract

This study addresses educational equity, focusing on integrated policies to mitigate gender, race, and class inequalities. The justification lies in the need to overcome historical and structural disparities, promoting a more equitable access to education. General objective: analyze strategies to promote educational equity, concentrating on gender, race, and class inequalities. Specific objective: examine and highlight the importance of inclusive environments, combat gender stereotypes, confront structural racism, and address socio-economic inequalities in the educational context. Methods: narrative literature review, qualitative approach. Expected results: comprehensive compilation of policies and actions; detailed analysis of educational disparities related to gender, race, and class; critical analysis of how policies consider and impact gender, race, and class issues. Conclusion: This research emphasizes the need for more inclusive and diversity-sensitive educational policies, pointing to the importance of strategies that address not only obvious inequalities but also the structures perpetuating such disparities.
