The use of podcast as a methodology of philosophy teaching

Abstract

The article consists of demonstrating how the podcast can be used as a tool in the teaching-learning process in the discipline of philosophy. Podcast is a multimedia file posted on the internet and you can listen to streaming episodes or download them to listen to when you are offline. The philosophy podcast aims at content contents of the area addressing the history, themes, philosophers and philosophical problems. The general objective of the work is to problematize and understand how the use of the podcast can contribute to make the discipline of philosophy more profitable, as well as raise which are the most heard podcasts on philosophy in Brazil and demonstrate the methodology adopted for the use of the tool in school routine. The research on the use of the podcast as a teaching methodology is bibliographic, exploratory and with a qualitative approach. The possible results that the use of the podcast contributes in several aspects in learning, which becomes interested in learning the content proposed by the teacher, adapting creativity, active listening, perception of the environment, orality, collaborative work, that is, besides the student being a content consumer, he becomes the author of his own knowledge.
